PTNZ (Path to Net Zero) is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy specialising in the development and delivery of complex energy infrastructure. Backed by over 60 years of combined industry experience, we provide project development, financial modelling, engineering, project delivery and technical advisory services across the full project lifecycle — from concept and feasibility studies through FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational support.

Working across hydrogen, carbon capture, renewable energy, energy storage and industrial decarbonisation, we help clients evaluate project viability, secure investment, manage technical risk and deliver robust engineering solutions that accelerate project execution and maximise long-term asset performance.

01 · ConceptSite screening and feasibility. Strategic consulting covering technology screening, partner selection and permitting strategy development to de-risk early project phases.
02 · FID ReadyPre-FEED and FEED with techno-economic optimisation. Financial modelling, preliminary delivery plan, risk register and Total Cost of Ownership view.
03 · ExecutionDetailed design and integration across process, mechanical, electrical (HV and grid compliance), OT and OT cybersecurity — with a focus on modularisation. Procurement and construction support.
04 · OperationCommissioning, site acceptance testing and performance demonstration, followed by operational support and digital performance monitoring.
