Techno-commercial modelling

Integrated technical and financial models that link plant configuration to LCOH, CAPEX, OPEX and returns — so design choices can be argued commercially, not just technically.

Pre-feasibility & FEED

Site screening, concept selection, pre-FEED and full FEED packages. Technology screening, partner selection and permitting strategy to de-risk the early phases.

Project management

Scope, cost, programme and risk managed by engineers who have delivered energy infrastructure — including interface management across multiple contractors.

02 · Service

Detailed Engineering Design

Full multidisciplinary engineering with a bias towards modularisation — specialist disciplines working to one integrated design basis.

2.1

Process engineering

PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balances, hydraulics, relief and blowdown, HAZOP support, and process safety across hydrogen, CCUS and derivative production.

2.2

Mechanical engineering

Rotating and static equipment specification, piping and layout, skid and module design, materials selection for hydrogen service, and vendor package integration.

2.3

Electrical — HV & grid compliance

HV and LV distribution, transformer and rectifier design, protection and earthing, power quality, and grid connection and compliance for large flexible loads.

2.4

OT & OT cybersecurity

Control and automation architecture, SCADA and historian design, network segmentation and IEC 62443-aligned OT security built in at design stage.

Procurement

Vendor agnostic by principle. We write the technical specification, run the tender, evaluate bids on merit against your project constraints, and manage vendors through fabrication and factory testing.

Commissioning & SAT
